I lead Tag Operations, an outsourced ops team that helps companies build clear, scalable systems and workflows. We support businesses as they grow, prepare for major transitions, and navigate acquisitions by making operations more structured and reliable. I have a fiery passion for helping small companies strategize and stay organized amongst the chaos of scaling. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking around the Bay Area, playing dnd and strategy-based RPGs, and spending time with my family, friends, and partner.

I’m part of the team at Tag Operations, where I focus on helping turn messy, time-draining processes into systems that actually work. I’m especially interested in how thoughtful structure and clear documentation can make day-to-day work smoother and more sustainable for growing teams. I enjoy digging into the details, spotting inefficiencies, and helping build solutions that are both practical and easy to maintain. My approach is grounded in being intentional, collaborative, and honest about what’s working, and especially, what isn’t. I value systems that support people, not overwhelm them, and I aim to contribute to work that creates clarity and momentum. Outside of work, I enjoy cycling around San Francisco, creating art, and gathering all of my family and friends around a cooked meal!
